here is an account of what happened, sorry its so late:

ok, so on thursday (feb 1) i went to si-chan's house with samantha so we could go to ikkicon early the next day. we were getting a ride from eric, si-chan's moms boyfriend, on his way to work.

so we were just hanging out, watching CardCaptor Sakura and drawing and the likes. so we get to sleep around midnight. bad idea. we had to get up at around 6:30!!!! i have trouble getting up around 8! let alone 6! *sigh* anyway, so, at 6:30, si-chan's alarm goes off, and it is right behind my head, and the volume is all the way up on this fuzzy radio channel! so you can imagine how freaked out i was when i woke up. so ithen had to wake up si-chan and sam. si-chan was easy. sam on the other hand, she hates to wake up. we eventually had to put ice down her shirt to wake her up! it was fun though.

we eventually get out the door, and are on our way! so, we stop by mcdonalds for breakfast for sam and si-chan. but i hate mcdonalds. so we also stopped by jack in the box. it was on the way. Oh! but when we were at the mcdonalds, i got ambushed by this random guy with a camera phone! it was hilarious!!!

so when we get there, there is already this huge line to get your badge. so, we asked someone which line we had to wait in for pre-reg, and buy now. (si-chan and i had already bought ours, we just needed the badge. sammy-chan didn't.) she said they were all the same so we wait in the first line, and wait...and wait... and eventually get to the desk, me and si-chan get our badges, then when its sammy-chans turn, the lady says "this is the pre-reg line. you will have to go to the other line." and sammy-chan is all like "WTF??? the lady over there said it was all the same!!!" but we have no choice, so we go and wait in the other line. and we wait... and wait... and get her badge,

we then wander around for a while, unitl sarah shows up, and si-chan makes a friend named courtney, and sammy-chan befriends an artist doing commisions (her name is amilee (sorry, i can't remember how to spell her name.) her site is: http://www.cordeval.com )who me and sammy got commissions from, but si-chan ran out of money. while she was drawing mine, she had to go to the opening ceremony, so she was like, 'hmm... how is gonna watch my stall while i go to the ceremony?' then she was like 'hey, you guys, (addressing me and sam) do you want to earn 20 bucks?' and we were like, 'sure' we were running out of money kinda fast... and she said 'watch my stall while i go to the opening ceremony?' and we are like, 'Ok.' so we get to sit behind her stall doing nothing, instead of standing in front of the stall doing nothing! it was awesome. not to mention we earned 20 bucks. XD So after that we all split ways for a while, then all meet back up in the line to get into the dealers room. we all buy random stuff.

eventually me, sarah, her mom, and sammy-chan go get lunch in the cafe place. si-chan was not hungry. then we hang out various places and stuff... kind awhat you would expect in a convention. i kept getting ambushed by people with cameras... it was fun tho.

it's funny, tasha and nikki were saying, like, 'we will be there 10 o'clock sharp, we don't want to miss anything', and by 3 they still weren't there. me and sarah kept saying like, 'where are they? they said they'd be here by now!' and eventually sarah had to leave, and about 20 minutes after she left, tasha and nikki showed up. i was practically lmao and we were all like, 'of course. it always happens.'

and so eventually me, sammy-chan and si-chan have to go back to si-chan's house (we are staying there for the whole weekend.) and when we get there we are all tired, but we don't go to bed yet. we just kinda hang out and talk. Oh, at one point, sam was on the coputer, and she dropped the mouse, (it is wireless) under the desk, and it took us 30 minutes to find it! under her desk is a complete mess! i called it the void of doom. seeing as if you dropped anything down there, it was gone. she then wrenched me, as she called it. i call it hitting me with her wrench. (she was winry, winry always has a wrench.)

then when si-chan insists we go to bed sam won't stop being goofy, she like, kisses her Shigure (from fruits basket) dog plushie over and over, and si-chan was all like "hey you two, stop snogging, i am trying to sleep." all calm like, and at that point me and sam jump off the bed and beat her with pillows... JK, we just yelled at her. XD there is no way we could jump off the bed in the dark, we would kill ourselves. not from the jump, but the landing. there was not 1 square foot of space to step in. it was crazy. she said that was after she had cleaned!! but anyway,

so when we wake up the next day, we get there by hmmm... 11? and we do a lot of the same things really... but it was fun. and si-chans mom and little brother were there for while. but not too long... anyway, i got an awesome momiji (pronounced mom-ee-jee) bag! its soooo cute!!!and a CCS DVD.

when we get back we watch the DVD, and sam is maaad at us because she wanted to go to the rave. and we wouldn't let her. si-chan called her mom. she wouldn't talk to us, but she passed us notes. but she was just saying how mad she was, and thenn she wsas all like 'oh, by the way, i saw two girls dressed up as itachi and sasuke (brothers from Naruto) making out in the lobby.' and we were all like WTF??? si-chan was all like "eew!!! yuri (lesbian, yaoi is gay.) incess! eeeeeeeeeew!!! just one is bad enough. but both???? eeeeeeew!!!" and i was like, "okay si-chan. got it. eew." but it was extra funny cuz it was so random.

anyway, so si-chans mom took us to samurai sams, a teriyaki place. and we had dinner. so the next day is the last day of the con, sunday. we also have campfire that night. all of us, sam just joined. but anyway, my dad and brother are there that day. jim and si-chan hung out all day, me and sarah and tasha and nikki and cynthia, and chimeria (i don't know how to spell her name either... sorry!) hang out.

jim (my bro) and david (tasha and nikki's little bro.) played this really annoying game out by the pool, called 'sally walker' and it was SO annoying!!!!! me and tasha had to run away from the annoyingness of it all.


so after that we just kinda hung out... Oh! but there was this FMA photoshoot which si-chan participated in, being dressed as winry-chan and all. but there is this one pic... i can't say exactly, but if you go to http://www.ikkicon.com and go to forums, and click on the one that says cosplay then the one that says the ikkicon cosplay pic thread!, and the second link in the first post. scroll down to the 4th row from the bottom and the second from the right. i can't just give you a link cuz si-chan would kill me. but if you care enough to go throught these instructions, do so. XD

well, other than that, we didn't do anyhting else that day, but when we eventually had to go, we went to CF and i walked in there all decked out in my costume. high heels and all. (who knew high heels hurt so much???)
